The six members on The Bridge will participate in formulating marketing initiatives by providing insights into market trends, new products and opportunities, and competitor tactics and behaviors, with the goal to give the OneTrust sales team the leading edge over industry competitors. By encouraging open dialogue and collaborative efforts, OneTrust mortgage loan originators experience a greater participation in marketing efforts and direction. Nominated by their peers, all members are required to have a minimum of 4-months employment at OneTrust Home Loans, have funded in excess of 36 units in the last 12 months, and demonstrable marketing experience within the mortgage industry.
Members can fill one of three roles; Community Updates, Sales Outreach, or Business Partner Outreach. The Community Updates role regularly communicates to the sales team on new initiatives and meeting progress, while the Sales Outreach liaison shares the sales team’s needs and wants by representing the sales field at monthly meetings. The Business Partner Outreach role shares and represents their business partner’s needs and wants, and will request their feedback on new initiatives to measure impact and user acceptance.
